Team Volunteer Registration Form

Registration is now closed.

This submission form is for Team Leaders only. If you would like to submit a team, please limit your number of volunteers to 10 or less. All teams are encouraged to bring a pop-up canopy and/or banner which you may set up in your designated building area. Your team application will be reviewed and if approved by TurningWheels for Kids, a confirmation will be sent to the team leader within one week.

Team Leaders are responsible for distributing information, updates and forms for the build sent out by TurningWheels to each of your team members. Team Leaders will also be responsible for ensuring his/her team is bringing the necessary tools and equipment.

This sign up sheet is for teams who are interested in being put on the stand by list. Submission of this form does not confirm you as a team. If space opens up at the build, we will notify you and send you a confirmation number.
